The Cyber-Eagles Do It Again!
Fresh off their successful appearance at the Manhattan Borough To
urnament, the Cyber-Eagles soar to a 3rd Place finish at the Bronx Borough Tournament. Over 50 teams competed @ Truman High School on December 16, 2006. Many marveled that a rookie team could perform so well. In addition, our young men displayed great sportsmanship. We assisted teams that were struggling with getting their robots to work. We learned so much and are eager to capture the FLL Citywide championship on January 27.

A big thanks goes out to Dr. Hackett and Ms. Mitchell. Both teachers helped the team prepare their research presentation, "Using Nanotechnology to Fight the Spread of AIDS." The judges were impressed with our topic. Our next tournament is the FLL Citywide Tournament on January 27, 2006 @ Riverbank State Park in Manhattan. Please mark your calendar
