Copper Canyon Escorted Tour
Copper Canyon Escorted Tour
We depart San Carlos in a private coach towards the eastern part of the State of Sonora, stopping for the first night in the town of Bamori. We get on the road again, with the next stop being the town of Basaseachi, where the impressive waterfall is. The following day we drive all the way to Creel where we spend the third and fourth night. Local tours of Creel and the Northwest part of the canyon are included this day. The following morning we take the El Chepe Train, described as one of the best railroad adventures in North America to Bahuichivo Station and start a descent into the Urique Canyon. We spend two nights near Cerocahui as we descend into the deepest part of the canyon system and put our feet in the Urique River. Day Seven we re-board the train to El Fuerte where we will take a walking tour of this beautiful Colonial town after dinner, and then spend the night. The Next day we board our private coach to return to San Carlos.
No tour company does a visit to the Copper Canyon the way Ocean Camp San Carlos does. Period. That’s because we are a membership tour organization -- and our focus is on your best possible experience and with cost savings passed on to you.
Tour Price is $1249 which includes seven-nights lodging, private coach transportation, train fare, fully escorted by bilingual hosts to answer your questions, all meals included, but liquor and gratuities are not included.
