““We originally contacted Armin Missaghi and his team from OC Custom Builders when my wife and I decided to re-tile both bathrooms in our 50-year-old home. After the initial demolition, we discovered that a 25-year-old water leak had caused severe structural damage to the floor, sub floor, framing and main support joists in both bathrooms. The project quickly became very complex and could have easily become a homeowner’s nightmare.

Each issue, and the subsequent solution, was patiently discussed in detail with us before moving forward with any project task. Armin was very fair in his pricing and completely committed to “doing the job right”. In fact, he came up with several creative solutions that saved us money.
