The National University Caving Club (NUCC) is based at the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia, and has been running caving trips for over 45 years. Members include ANU students & staff as well as ANU Sports and Recreation Association affiliates.
Caving trips are run on most weekends throughout the academic year, with longer trips over the Summer break.
NUCC is a member of the Australian Speleological Federation (ASF).
Goings On:

•There's a whole heap of trips on the Trip List.

•A major Caving trip in December 2009 - Options are: Going back to the Nullarbor, Tasmania, North West Australia. Show your interest early and help with the planning!!

•SRT in the gym, held on Tuesday evenings from 6 to 8pm. These are important as SRT skills are required for some of the caves NUCC visits. Ends during the exam weeks, and recommences as interest indicates.

•Social meeting nights are on Wednesday, 6:30 till late. The locations of these may change from time to time, check your email - usually All Bar Nun for drinks, games and a chat.

•Committee meetings start at 6.00pm (for the convenience of members working off campus), usually on the 3rd Monday of each month.
The Mailing List
NUCC has an email mailing list that is used to contact all emailable members on a regular basis. Emails are dispatched about upcoming trips and changes to the same, social and SRT nights, caving events and goings on around Australia, and other caving related material.
