Despite subfreezing temperatures on streets in cities across America there are still plenty of people out there riding their bikes through the winter. There’s a thick layer of wet slushy snow over the frozen asphalt. On this blustery day in Madison Wisconsin a small class of avid bikers gathered to learn the finer points of cycling around town in some pretty rough road conditions.
