We operated this restaurant for several years as a casual dining establishment specializing in specialty beers and spirits.
BAR/DINING AREA
The bar has been remodeled in 2005 including:
Hard Rock Maple butcher block bartop
Perlick 4 door keg cooler with 6 head porcelain Hacker-Pschorr tower
Beverage Air 2 door bottle cooler (1999)
New Electronic Smoke Eater (2004)
New 3 bay sink, blender station, ice bin
Back bar has fully adjustable wood shelving
Bar seats 10 (stools are leather and in exc cond 2003)
4 Hard Rock Maple butcher block 42" tables (4 more tables with laminate tops)
Total seating is about 30 - 40 (including bar), depending on configuration. I have had 50+ patrons dining and barring.
Chairs are brown metal with green fabric.
The setup is 2 rooms, however the opening between the rooms is 2/3 of the width of the room. There are 2 window airconditioners and the heat is mono flow hot water. New baseboards in restaurant (2002).
I have plates, glasses, silverware and most everything needed to open tomorrow!!
KITCHEN
Omega low temp dishwasher with 4' drainboards left and right (older unit that is in exceent condition)

Continental 30" single foor freezer with 2 stainless overshelves (2002)

Fully setup with most smallwares necessary to operate.
APARTMENT
Bathroom has been remodeled with white tile and cedar finishes. New plumbing, shower stall, urinal, toilet, sink, and baseboard. There are 2 bedrooms , living room, kitchen, dining area, back porch. The apartment needs to be remodeled. I didn't complete this project, because the restaurant used to have interior stairs and the upstairs could be converted to dining area. There is new plumblig stubbed into the kitchen walls and new electrical subpanel.
EXTERIOR
The lot is approximately 40 x 120
There is some parking in the rear of the restaurant (6 cars), but street parking otherwise. Building is vinyl sided and asphalt roof (we will install a new roof in the spring). The neighborhood is quiet. There is a printing business and a hair salon across the street.

We developed a great reputation for top notch cuisine. The menu was sautee to order and featured all fresh product. We specialized in micro and imported beers.
I have made many more improvements over the years, too numerous to mention. This would be a great package for a chef/owner/operator. The place still needs a little work but the bones are excellent and the major stuff is already done. We are installing a new shingle roof as soon as weather allows.
