THE REAL AILI AND JULIA...

When the real Aili and Julia were young, they loved to read series books like “The Babysitters Club” and “Sweet Valley Twins”.  Those were great books, but I wanted the girls to learn more about the world.  I looked for books that would teach them, in a fun and easy way, about different cultures and religions. I never did find any and ended up making up stories for them where they were the heroes, solving mysteries and having adventures in foreign countries.  What the girls also got was a lot of cool information about the world.

Children make up one-third or our population, but are all of our future. Now, more than ever, we need to teach them about other cultures and religions to ensure understanding and respect.
