The Ashburn Soccer Club (ASC) Bandits Elite is a U12 WAGS Travel Soccer Team that has been together for over 3 years.  The Bandits Elite began playing together as a U9G Travel Team in ODSL and then moved to WAGS at U10.  Since entering WAGS the team has continued to grow and improve with each year.


The Elite’s training and development philosophy focuses on the long-term development of each girls’ soccer skills, nutritional awareness, commitment to excellence, and the development of self-esteem that can be applied throughout life or in their contribution to a team environment.


In addition to the time together on the soccer field, the Elite players also spend time together in other team building activities including bake sales, donut sales, attending DC United and GMU Women’s soccer games, Halloween parties, etc.  These activities provide the girls with opportunities to further develop their friendships and have fun together!!

Meet Coach Nikola

Nikola Pearson


Coach Nikola is a former travel, high school, and collegiate (GMU) soccer player that now brings her wealth of experience to the Bandits Elite.


She is unique within the Ashburn Soccer Club as the ONLY female head coach of a Travel Team.  In addition to her extensive experience as a player, trainer, and coach, Nikola also provides the girls a positive female role model for their soccer and skill development.


Nikola holds a USSF “C” License and has over 12 seasons of travel coaching experience and another 10 years of experience as the soccer trainer for ages ranging from U10 - U19.


Coach Nikola is also supported by other experienced coaches who focus on soccer skill development and game tactics.
