Madera is a peculiar place to take a trip to unless you have family or friends there. We don’t have either, which makes it a peculiar choice for us. You can read a bit about it here. It was on and off rainy (funnel clouds and hail!), but was a nice break from the Bay Area and it’s flavor of rain.
