my involvement : design of the project in consultation with the principal architect , producing all construction documentation , modeling , production of all presentation materials . software :archicad

NOTES :

  1. 1.first floor plan . the existing bedroom was converted into a dining space , and a terrace was provided to the west . a new master bedroom and laundry area were added to the south . new stairs lead to the den and storage rooms below .

  2. 2.the den and storage rooms below the main floor . a wood deck was added

  3. 3.elevations showing the new south façade (top) . a new exterior stair (bottom) connects the new terrace and dining room to the parking area . projecting from the new bedroom is a balcony .
