elm street homes is part of a project to rehabilitate an old state mental health complex . the building had been vacant for many years . the existing exterior , as well as interior stairs and hallways were preserved . a new layout adapts the former administrative building for housing . exterior stairs and ramps were added to meet access regulations .

my involvement : design of the project in consultation with the principal architect , all construction documentation , modeling (simultaneous with the design process) , all presentation materials . software : archicad , illustrator
