Jazzfest 2007 was bittersweet.  Queenie, Jimmy, Rickie, more friends than we can name are still displaced along with 200,000 others, but each familiar face made it feel like home again. NOMRF hosted a Wednesday Musicians’ Welcome at Board Member Sue (Manwitch) and Jimmy Ford’s home, and it drew so many musicians we did it again on the final Sunday.
