That has been new for me: as I made a fast-scrolling scan of the 19 m broadcast band, the screenshots revealed a couple of frequency hoppers.

They have been mesaured to consist of tow pulses, each 40 milliseconds, seperated by a 13 ms pause. Needs further investigations.
