Back to it
After a whirlwind trip to NC which included the girls shadowing at various schools and us house hunting and neighborhood hunting we are back home and back to it. we are excited this week, have had a lot of action on both homes; we have an offer pending on our main house and will soon have one pending on the rental. NC here we come!
The girls are much more excited about NC now that they have visited, seen their new schools and have gotten a visual of the land in their minds -- Sadie is less excited but hey what 15 year old would be excited about a move of this magnitude ? I know she will be fine, plus she’ll have many more colleges to choose from in our new home town than she would here and she says as of now anyway that she really wants to live at home while she goes to college -- perhaps that will change but either way she will have choices close to home.
Twins are both battling strep throat this week AGAIN -- seems to be a LONG year for it.... hopefully their little bodies will build up some immunity to it moving forward, poor abbie was really sick with this bout --
They were home from school and had to self entertain while I was working; not sure how they figured out imovie but they were able to make some pretty ‘entertaining’ movies on my laptop while I was with my clients ! see the video link to view them, pretty hysterical I must say -- where do they come up with this stuff ? maybe I have some movie stars in the house ?! haha
