Training Programs

Our training programs were designed with one point in mind; To save owners and operators MONEY.  Our programs provide employees the knowledge to do the right thing when confronted with a potentially violent situation or event.  Additionally, our programs give employees a sense of worth and empowerment that other security employees in other industries have had for years.

We believe the job of a hospitality security guard or Host, is no different than that of a street cop.  They get paid to keep the peace and stick their noses into oftentimes dangerous situations.  The only 3 differences we see is that the Host can’t carry a gun, doesn’t have powers of arrest and has no training to do their job.  Our programs were designed with that final point in mind.  A hospitality security Host should have similar training and knowledge as police officers.  Our program provides just that.

HOST TrainingProgram - 11 Hour Certification Program.

Our HOST Training Program has been reviewed and endorsed by several law enforcement agencies across the country.  It is currently being used as the exclusive hospitality security training program for the San Diego County Food and Beverage Association and the Restaurant Association of Metro Washington DC.  In Washington, we provided the entire two day training program for the agency responsible for alcohol regulation, the Alcoholic Beverage Regulatory Authority.  The enforcement agents as well as the Board of Directors attended and have given several glowing endorsements for the program.

Advanced Role Play Training Program - 6 Hour Advanced Role Play Program.

This day long event is the Advanced HOST Program and combines limited classroom training with hands on Role Play Scenarios for employees.  Our scenarios put employees in REAL situations that have been presented to other security employees across the country.  This learning method is used by every law enforcement agency in the country because of one single reason; It prepares new or rookie law enforcement officers for situations that can come along once in a career and that can cost lives and hundreds of thousands of dollars.  It can do the same for your employees.

Additional Training Programs - We offer three other training programs that were also designed to help owners and managers reduce overall liability.  We offer HOST Responsible Server Training, HOST Adult Entertainer Training and HOST Report Writing Training.
