San Diego County Food and Beverage Association - This is the first hospitality industry association to review, endorse and approve the HOST Training program for their members.  SDF&B members receive training session discounts.  Click on the link above to schedule your San Diego County employees.


Restaurant Association of Metro Washington D.C. - This association, RAMW, also reviewed, endorsed and approved the HOST Training program for their members.  They offer the program every other month and have stated that the HOST Training would greatly benefit their members within the District of Columbia.  They also offer a member discount for the training session.


Nightclub: Bouncers, Risk and the Spectacle of Consumption - by Professor George Rigakos of the Law Department of Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.  Professor Rigakos has completed what appears to be the first true large scale study covering several important industry issues.  Specifically, issues surrounding alcohol, it’s consumption, violence and solutions for these issues.  The book will be released Spring or Summer of 08.
