Advanced Role Play - Only available to HOST Trained employees


This training program was created to provide all hospitality employees with additional skills to complete their jobs safer and smarter.  This program offers employees a chance to see and experience real industry issues involving alcohol service, alcohol over-service, over-intoxication, violence and much more.  This role style of training was taken directly from law enforcement academy’s across the country.  The value of role play is that it puts employees in uncomfortable situations in a controlled setting.  Role play training allows other observing employees to provide immediate feedback to the acting employee.  This feedback is valuable to help the acting employee understand their role during a given situation.


Here is an example of some of our scenarios;


  1. •  Patron passed out at bar or table

  2. •  Law enforcement or Fire Marshall inspection

  3. •  Patron refuses to leave

  4. •  Pre-fight argument between patrons

  5. •  Female patron complains of being sexually assaulted

  6. •  Two patrons actually fighting

  7. •  Unknown injury to a patron

  8. •  Angry patron refuses to pay bar tab

  9. •  Shooting or stabbing on licensed premise

  10. •  Employee assaulted by a patron

  11. •  A patron claims her purse was stolen

  12. •  An underage patron is found over-intoxicated
