There have been big changes at HMRC over the last few months and I’m working hard to update the website and then have it examined experts.
The e-book: “Tax Investigation for Dummies: Everything you wanted to know about a tax investigation but were two afraid (or skint) to ask” is bang up-to-date and has had some rave reviews from the industry.
This one just in from Mark McLaughlin, Managing Editor of TaxationWeb, “This book says a lot of things that many accountants and tax advisers would like to say to the Revenue just before they retired!”
It seems to me that nobody wants to stand up to HMRC and as time passes they are amassing more and more power.
If you haven’t been investigated you may take the “no smoke without fire” view but if you have you will know that HMRC don’t like to close a case without a solid result - no matter what the facts are.
Help me give a voice to the people who are being needlessly crushed by HMRC by donating today.
