NICK LYON - Director

Los Angeles based director / writer Nick Lyon is a Portland, Oregon native who spent 9 years in Germany where he attended the Film Academy Baden-Wurtemburg, and learned to speak fluent German. Nick has since directed over 90 minutes in award winning commercials, music videos, shorts, and  5 feature films including "I Love You, Baby", a thriller produced by Warner Bros. starring Academy Award Winner Maximillian Schell. Nick’s second feature, "Punk Love", has won "Best Feature" in Roma Independant Film Festival, "The DGA Directors Award" at Moondance 06, and "Best Actor" at the 2007 Drake Int. Film Festival in  Italy. Nick Lyon also directed "Grendel" and recently “Doomsday” for NBC/Universal/ Sci Fi and Species: The Awakening for MGM.
