This month will go down in my life history as the first time I co-hosted a HealMobile Conference Call for the HealMobile Team of Young Living. We had 10 people come to the call on May 3rd, which was especially appropriate since it was also the new moon. Who knows what other planetary aspects were aligned? I don’t. It was a very good call and we covered a lot of ground and I hope to condense the first two calls (the next is the 17th) for the summer newsletter, complete with live links.
It must also be said that we had conference calls before but this time, with Shakira’s help in the planning and executing, I think we have a winner that will stick and can become an institution. This is my intention.
I also joined two courses this month, The Wealthy Words Boot Camp with Mitch Van Dusen, who lives in Brooklyn, and the EFT World Summit, which was a 10-day free Webinar program featuring 2-hours of interviews with experts on Emotional Freedom Technique, or tapping (which one does to improve one’s health).
So Shakira and I have been tapping ever since, greatly expanding my repertoire of just one tapping at the collarbone technique which I shared ont he HealMobile call, which I can now expand and build up energy and motion in many, many areas of my life.
Jonathan and I went to see Sweet Honey in the Rock in Princeton two Saturdays ago. They were themselves utterly fabulous as always; there was a fundraiser for the local YWCA afterward but they couldn’t stay. It was all I couldn’t do not to burst out in song, “I Am An African from God, yes I am...” but the moment wasn’t there. It’s coming, I know it is....
We also visited Brownstone Bookstore in Brooklyn on Friday night. Heard great poetry and spoken word and offered a few of our own. Peaches restaurant two doors to the north had great food too. I was very impressed, since when I lived on Quincy about 20 years ago these types of places couldn’t have been imagined in these locations. This is progress then!
