I don’t know how the body mind spirit submits to God, but I know that mine do.  Where and when they do not, I have pain, distress and fear, for these are the things that are against the holistic health of body mind spirit. When NOT is present, it is the discord before the concord. The cord or rope to God is what religion is, and the raveling (braiding/weaving) or unraveling of it is how one lives a spiritual path that aligns or is in accordance with the ultimate Godness one imagines.

I just visited Iyanla Vanzant’s Inner Visions Spiritual Development Institute online, sent as a link from David Crawley in Maryland, a classmate in Dr. Afrika’s holistic health class. Tomorrow is Black Love day, and Thursday is St. Valentine’s Day. I will miss the black love workshop offered at the IVSDI because I just got the email. And because it’s 4 hours away; let’s be real!

I submit; I need love. I declare; I give it as a gift to myself. My wish for the community of souls who submit to the Creator of Heavens and Earth is the exulting experience of LOVE:
May each human being hold LOVE in his or her life.
May each know what LOVE feels like, sounds like and be’s like.

I think I have had enough tough-love in my life. Don’t you feel the same?  Ma’at may trump love as a better word for all this, because it brings into focus the collective body-mind-spirit as: Truth, Justice, Righteousness, Harmony, Balance, Reciprocity, and Order. Yes, I claim all that. I claim it for me and for you. Personal, intimate Harmony sounds so good right about now....

Maybe I just need God’s ma’at right now. Al-hamdulillah and mashaAllah! (praise be to God; this is a gift from God)

I told yall ylang ylang was great (on the soles of your feet)--so balancing to the emotions!

Praise be to God, All-Love
All love comes from in-out.
