Entry PROCEDURE

  1. 1)Complete your entry form(s)

  2. 2)E-mail your forms to christinemueller@mooreschools.com AND to Mike.Lowery@edmondschools.net

  3. 3)Mail your hard copy of your purchase order OR your check for payment to: Christine Mueller, PO Box 7850,  Moore, OK  73153-1850

  4. 4)If using a purchase order--Complete your own invoice (using the file I just sent to you) and turn this into your financial departments for payment right away.

  5. 5)Entries are due by SEPTEMBER 25th.

  6. 6)Grace period with double fees from September 26th until October 2nd.

  7. 7)NO ENTRIES ACCEPTED BEYOND OCTOBER 2nd..

  8. 6)Fees for entries are due NO LATER THAN         JANUARY 4th.
