Through our communications and our consultants we seek to inspire and facilitate the mainstream acceptance of authenticity as a key business value creator.

Authentic businesses are businesses that generate profit through the pursuit of a profound and positive purpose. According to Neil Crofts book “Authentic Business” these businesses are more profitable than regular businesses because they spend around 80% less on motivating both staff and customers.
Authentic Leadership:
Authentic leadership is the highest level of leadership yet understood. It is a level of leadership that empowers, that is distributed and that is energising and inspiring for others.
Our name
Authenticis is Latin for original, which sums up our thinking, our approach and our ideas.

We work to bring out the maximum potential in businesses and individuals.
