K and I took advantage of the spring-like weather (almost 60 degrees!) and bright sun by taking a day off from work. After a leisurely lunch at a new restaurant in Chinatown, we went up to Riverside Park for a stroll along the water. We came across a little piece of history: a 90+ year-old railroad transfer bridge, juxtaposed against modern hi-rises.
I brought along My So Called Scarf. It felt at home, since all the colors in the scarf matched the backdrop of the Hudson River on a clear “winter” day. Take a look!
Haven’t made much progress, but hopefully the long weekend (hooray!) will take care of that.
