Oh Baby, Baby
I finished this little Candy Cane hat a little while ago, but never got a chance to take a pic. Sorry they are flat, but there are no babies nearby to model it. This second effort is much nicer than the first one. That yellow and green one was a bit puckered in spots, since I hadn’t done 2-handed fair isle in over a year. I’m much happier with the stranding on this one. Gotta remember to take a pic of the inside of the hat too.
Made some coordinating thumbless mittens. It wouldn’t do to have all that stranding inside mittens (don’t want to catch tiny little fingers!), so this is just plain stockinette. To make it less plain, I added some embroidery up top...just a whimsical little spiral. Some ends to weave in, then I’m done!
