Meet for coffee and walk through the forest, mark out main paths and places for clearings. Establish centre of large circle for main gathering spot. Mark all trees to be cut, dig fire pit. Establish centres and radius of secondary circles (opening spaces round good trees). Establish route for secondary paths. Cut all dead wood and take to fire place. Storage racks for long poles, short poles, little sticks etc. Split logs for domes and drill. Make candles for paths. Several small domed decks for sleeping. One for bathing (consider piping hot water from main fire). Bamboo Staircase up circunferance of large circle.
