or finally a post about my job.

I realized that so fare I haven‘t posted anything about my work, so I am going to change that now.

 

Today was the opening of the SMDS (Senior Management Development Seminar) I was helping to prepare (for the last month, about one quarter to one third of the job I am doing). The seminar takes place once a year and brings senior people from all the different countries and all the different companies that belong to the JE group together. The programm lasts for the whole week and I am present for the kick-off day and for the closing day, so I can meet everybody and be a support to the main responsible.

 

I had a very nice day. Finally meeting the people I already knew through e-mails, a lot of very nice food, meeting some collegues from Europe and having dinner at the table of the CEO and having some nice political discussions with people from around the world.

 

Very nice day. And because it is a Sunday, I get recompensated for it. They could do this kind of stuff more often, seriously ;-)
