The K0USY 444.825+ repeater represents some of the best repeater technology and implementation available. Located between Lecompton and I70, the repeater is situated as a communications hub between Lawrece, Topeka, Clinton and Perry lakes. Coverage favors the Topeka direction, but is routinely used (even mobile) from as far away as Olathe, KS.
The K0USY repeater is privately owned and operated by the BFARC. The BFARC accepts donations from individuals wishing to support the cause. Donations do not constitute shared ownership, voting rights, or club membership.
