The Summer Production Run.

For some years now we (Jacquie and I) have experienced the fact that I just cannot seem to make enough stock to keep up with the demand in our gallery.

Thus the problem arises of how to make quality work when perhaps the help available is not as experienced as you would like.

For eight weeks of the summer of 2007-2008 I employed two fabulous girls, Andrea -right and Erin-left to help in the production of a range of platters and bowls.
