A week (or two) of classes, workshops, jams, concerts, dances, and loads of other fun stuff, designed to help you stretch musically—and have a blast!

All acoustic instruments are welcome, including guitar, bass, fiddle, banjo, mandolin, and percussion. Singers and songwriters also welcome. Styles include swing, blues, bluegrass, country, folk, Brazilian, Celtic, jazz, rock, and more.


Helping adults at all levels develop their musicianship, CCMC will celebrate its 18th year in 2009.

CCMC takes place in Placer County, California (about 3 hours east of San Francisco).
