floridana alaskiana: from Florida to Alaska

This video podcast is an extension of the photoblog website, Floridana Alaskiana.  In this video podcast, my wife and I share our experiences in moving from central Florida to Anchorage, Alaska - as well as to highlight this new world that now surrounds us.  We’ll take you into the wild on hikes and on scenic drives. We’ll learn about the Alaskan flora and fauna, as well as the climate and ecology of this vast, rich and diverse region. 

As we learn how to adjust, navigate and live in this spectacular new environment, we hope you’ll join us.  Alaska is, for lack of a better word, stunning.
