So, its been about a week since my UBER trip from Europe. A total of 20 days in Paris & throughout Italy.

You might ask “What were some of the highlights?” .......

“What was your favorite?”......

I only can answer those questions with..

It’s been a while since I’ve written and although it’s #6 I’ve been practicing yoga 4 times a week. So, its not quite 7 days a week, I know I know... Today was a good day and I was quite focused. Although I must admit I was still having second doubts on coming in.

Surprisingly after the class, the owners approached me and said. “You are becoming the regular yogist!” and then began hinting

So, I woke up at 9am and went to yoga this morning. The class was packed. And one thing that reall seals the practice is when at the end the instructore will say “NAMASTE”

What is does Namaste mean? When greeting a peer, a "namaste" with hands in front of chest and a slight bow is considered polite. The gesture is also intensified when a lower-status person performs it for a higher-status

Thursday was one of the more humid days in the “T dot” and considering that the bikram studio’s are heated and high in the humidity the studio was extremely hot. So, its been a few days since my last entry.... Well, my cable/phone& internet which is all from one service provider was disconnected. I can only leave this whole situation with a quote from the cable guy “ Some of my co-workers are idiots”. It took him all but 5 minutes to flip a switch & have my cable & net running... 3 days of of electronic silence or “electronic withdrawal”...
