This year’s Howl-o-ween costume contest is dedicated to our own Great Basset Pumpkin, Potter who made his journey to the bridge earlier this month.  Potter and his mom were looking forward to the costume contest, and I know that Potter is at the bridge, cheering all of the bassets who have entered.
