On-Site Workshops: The Workshop at Your Location

Benefits

1. Save money. You eliminate the cost of travel for all your participants.
   

2. Gain common language. Everyone in your organization will be working on training as one team, approaching training in the same way, using the same language and strategies.
   

3. Get a jump-start. With planning, as many as 20 different lesson plans can be created for one of your new products by the time your Workshop is finished.  Best of all, everyone in your group will be ready to roll at the same time.
   

Program Options

1. Standard Workshop. Same as the open enrollment Workshop.  See Workshop details page.  Class size maximum is ten people.
   

2. Customized Workshop. For customized Workshops for special purposes, contact us at Solid Performance Solutions (SPS).  We will discuss your specific target audience requirements with respect to your PBET development needs.
   

On Site Requirements

1. Classroom. Host company must provide a room that is not less than 600 sq. ft. (56 sq. meters). It must have movable chairs and tables.  (A conference room with one large board-room table will not work.)  Typically two students will sit together at each table.  Tables should be free of equipment assemblies and computer work stations.
   

2. Equipment. Host company must provide:
   

3. Computer projection system to work with our laptop computer.
   

4. Easel.  (We bring the paper pad and markers.)
   

5. Video tape player (VCR) and TV monitor.
   

6. Refreshments/Lunch.  Host company must supply morning and afternoon refreshments.  Lunch breaks during the Workshop are for 60 minutes.  If a company cafeteria or nearby fast food restaurant is not close to the company’s location, a simple catered lunch should be supplied.
   

On Site Costs

1. General. Our on site charges remain the same in 2008 as they were in 2004, although the travel costs for the SPS instructor have increased.  You will need a formal quotation from SPS, however the following is the basis for a quotation to you:
   

2. Instruction: US$ 5,700.   (Outside North America: US$ 6,300)
   

3. Materials (per person):  US$ 50.   (Outside North America: US$ 95)
   

4. Travel  -  Your quotation will provide this charge.
   

5. Quotation.  SPS can provide you with two kinds of quotations.
   

6. Initial Quote:  This is provided when exact dates are not known.  This is an estimate.
   

7. Final Quote:  Once you have the exact date decided and the approximate number of participants, SPS can provide you with a final quotation.
