Why presentation skills?  Every technical trainer will have times when something needs to be explained.  This may be in a classroom, or at a machine.  When you have to explain something verbally to two or more people...  that’s presenting!  When presenting information, the trainer must be heard and understood.  Many things must work together for that to happen, including:  voice volume, enunciation, modulation; body language, eye contact, gestures and body movement; organization; variety of methods, proper use of visual aids; absence of distractions.
