Elise Fasick

A Northern Virginia native, Elise played travel soccer in WAGS Division 1 for many years.  She was a four-year member of the nationally ranked women's soccer team at Mary Washington College. While at Mary Washington, she participated in four CAC conference championships and three NCAA tournaments. Shortly after earning her Master of Science degree at the University of Maryland, she left the country to live in the Dominican Republic.  She worked there in a public school, teaching physical education and starting a soccer program for the Federacion de Futbol.

Returning to the Metropolitan area in the winter of 2007, Elise received her D national certification and began coaching in Arlington.

In addition, Elise has worked with numerous girls travel teams throughout region, conducting a variety of clinics and camps. The summer of 2007 found her handling assistant coach duties for the DC United Super-Y League U14 and U15 teams and working with ODP for Northern Virginia.

Intensity Blue Coaching Staff

Lexie Wilson

Lexie grew up playing SYC youth soccer. She attended West Springfield High School from 1997-2001 where she played soccer all 4 years. From there, she moved on to Campbell University to play Division I soccer and earn her B.S. in Exercise Science (2001-2005). After graduation, Lexie joined the Peace Corps a overseas volunteer organization — and lived in Ghana, West Africa from between 2005-2007. Returning to the United States in October of ’07, she enjoyed readjusting to life in America. 2008 will see Lexie starting an internship on her way to becoming a personal trainer. She is also very enthusiastic about her coaching role:

“I am very excited to have this opportunity to be involved with the Intensity Blue, she said. “Growing up training and playing soccer with Elise since we were 9 has enabled our philosophy on the game to be very similar.  While everyone is unique, I am hoping to positively complement Elise while bringing extra ideas and thoughts to the team.” Lexie is sure to be a valuable addition to the Intensity club.
