Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private heated pool and spa is finished to the highest standards, set on a double sized lot and backing onto a small lake and golf course giving a great deal of privacy.  The villa is situated in Rotonda West, Englewood, close to Port Charlotte on Cape Haze Peninsula.

The villa is a luxurious fully equipped and air conditioned and benefits from being a split plan home with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom, and further queen-size and twin-bedded rooms on the other side sharing the family bathroom.  It is therefore ideal for two families or families with children. 

The master bedroom, great room and family room all have large sliding windows opening onto the Florida room (lanai), pool and oversized deck giving plenty of space for soaking up the Florida sun. 

The villa backs on to a small lake (a designated nature reserve) and the Long Marsh Golf Course ensuring plenty of privacy. 

We have a local management company who care for our home and our guests, ensuring that upon arrival and during your stay, all services are fully maintained for your comfort.
