I often wonder how a world class city like San Francisco gets away with having the lamest store windows.  In New York people line up to see the latest window creations.  In Paris even the smallest poorest shop windows are nothing short of of masterpieces.  So when I see a great window in San Francisco, I take note.  

 

These beautiful windows were created by S5A for Dolce & Gabana fall collection.  I can't say much for the clothing, all typical sportswear stuff, but the windows are enchanting.  Best viewed at night they exude all of the mysterious nuances of a real carnival.
