There are few pleasures in life that equal a leisurely mid-day manicure and brow wax.  Should you decide to play hooky and pamper yourself Bamboo is definitely the place for it.  It's staffed by a capable bevy of Japanese beauties, including the owner Koko.  Laid back with an upscale interior designed by the owner's architect husband.  The pedicures are fantastic and the whole place is immaculate.  Prices are so reasonably that a bi-weekly visit is completely within reason.
