Our New Addition

We got the call on a Friday that our new son was being born early. He was born 4 weeks early and weighed in a 3 pounds, 11 ounces. We immediately changed all of our travel plans and the three of us got down to Florida as fast as we could. We were so thankful to our friends who helped us out with the animals and house while we were gone.

We just got back from an extended visit to my parents’ farm. It is so beautiful in spring. All lush and green and bursting with color. All the cousins has a wonderful time playing together. It is so fun to see them all enjoying each other’s company

I’m not feeling very motivated to craft. The weather seems like it has finally turned and the sun and warmth have drawn us outside. I have been working on these overalls for over 2 weeks now. Finally, they are finished. They are for Zach, just for fun, but I’m making them available in my shop also.
We’ve been enjoying all the train attractions all around town lately. We visited the Museum

We had a wonderful time in Florida when we went down to meet with our birthmother. We were able to enjoy the beauty of the beach even as we waited anxiously for the big meeting. It is hard to put into words what it was like to meet in person. It went really well. We all seemed to get along well and out main goal was just to be ourselves. Zach was with us so she really got a true picture of
