The following is a contractual agreement between:

Matthew W Yonan and _______________________________________

For the remainder of this contract _______________________________________ is referred to as “you” (or any second party references) and Matthew Yonan is referred to as “I” or “me” (first person references).

You would open a new free email account at Yahoo.com - You will need to let me know the email address that you chose and the login information so I can get into that account. You will provide me the username and password to do that.

This is the email account you and I will use when signing you up for anything in your business and where all your business correspondence will go. This way we can both see what is going on and have access to that email.

You would pay me $4,917.45

Once I receive the funds, and they clear, I will contact you and send you a link to sign up in my business. It will cost you $2.95 to sign up.

Once I can confirm that you have signed up and are in the correct position, I will then transfer the funds necessary to upgrade your account into your account and upgrade you. I will then start to buy your advertising - You will receive copies of all receipts.

For 9 months, I will continue to pay for your advertising and monthly autoship, using either the funds you sent me, or profits from your business. If you remove funds from your Account before the guarantee has been satisfied, or without Mr. Yonan’s consent, this contract is null and void. You will forfeit any funds I still possess.

During that 9 months, you agree to pay the $9.95 monthly expense for your marketing website. (The first month is free)

Out of your initial $4,917.45, and/or profits from your business (in the first 9 months), I will pay the following expenses:

Your monthly product autoship (the $100 package)

Your advertising expenses. To be selected and purchased at my discretion.

In exchange for your investment, I guarantee the following results:

That from 9 months from the date you sign-up in the business and have satisfied all payment requirements, that I will develop your business to produce the following 2 results.

1. That sometime within that 9 month period, your position will produce a monthly income from commissions of at least $1000.00 US

2. Commissions are paid on the 15th of every month. Once the commission level of $1000 US (gross) is reached, that business will generate at least an additional $11,000 US in gross income within 1 year of that date.

If either result is not met within the timeframes outlined, Mr. Matthew Yonan will issue payment of $5000 US to _______________________________________ within 2 weeks in the form of a check drawn on US funds.

Let’s review:

You agree to pay the following expenses:

$2.95 to join the business,

$79.60 ($9.95 monthly expense for marketing website - for 8 months)

$4,917.45 paid directly to Matthew Yonan

In exchange for my personal guarantee that I will develop your business to at least the $1000 US a month commission rate within 9 months, and I will ensure that once it reaches that level, that it produces at least an additional $11,000 in income within 1 year of that date.

I will pay you back your $5000 US within 2 weeks of failing to meet either of those performance guarantees and conditions.
