Our company began in 1974, as a general painting co.. In the subsequent years we have built it up to a residential general contracting company. We enjoy a very good reputation in the Cleveland area for both quality work and service. In the last eight years, we have acquired distressed single family homes and restored them. All our homes have hardwood floors, tasteful decorating, remodeled kitchens and baths with ceramic tile floors and granite counters. In short, we rent very nice properties to people looking to rent “nice” single family homes near University Circle. Our tenants rely on us to take care of the house. In addition, most of the leases include lawn service.

Two of our houses are set up as “Share a House”. They are furnished, with beds and desks in each room. Wi-Fi and all utilities are included. We ONLY rent to serious professionals or grad students. No smoking. No hard partying. No slackers need apply. The people you share a house with are ALL background checked and approved by others in the house. Cost is $650, short and long term leases available.
