I have been making prints for about forty years. Until the late 80s my work was primarily realised through intaglio and serigraphic processes. I made my first digital prints in 1988 with an Amiga 2000 and a thermal wax printer.
My current work is largely narrative. Many of the works concern aspects of human conflict, where they re-state literary and religious texts in the light of current world events.
Most of the prints combine autographic input, digital photography and scanned imagery (a sort of self-appropriation that plunders my earlier paintings and intaglio prints). I use a Mac G5 desktop machine and an Epson wide format archival printer.
I sometimes win things and am represented in public collections here and, mostly, there.
I have lived in Perth, Western Australia since the late 1990s.
