This event, organized annually by the International Federation of Film Societies (IFFS), is an important worldwide opportunity for those who are involved in cultural associations and in the organization of Festivals attended mainly by the public and associations, for Film Foundations, for independent filmmakers and independent not-for-profit distribution.
