Diploma Programme experimental science courses aim to:

1. 1. develop and apply the student’s information and communication technology skills in the study of science

It is not necessary to use ICT in assessed investigations, but in order to carry out aim 7,  students will be required to use each of the following software applications at least once during the course

1.         Spreadsheets
   

2.         Software for graph plotting
   

3.         Simulations
   

4.         Databases
   

5.         Datalogging
   

For each of the categories,  some ready-to-use examples are provided.  Additional links are provided for those wanting more information,  but detailed examples have been kept to a minimum.
