> Why?
Several reasons.
First, I live in a small apartment, and I’m almost outta space in my closet and don’t really have anywhere else to put them. I just don’t have to room to keep all of them. I need to free up room for new stuff. Second, sometimes I get duplicate copies which I don’t need. And third, I need the money, $$$. Doujinshi collecting is a very expensive hobby...

> Condition?
Nearly all of the doujinshi is used. Because I scan just about all of them, most of the noticeable wear will be around the spine. That’s especially true for the ones bound with glue. The ones bound with staples are in better condition because not much bending is required to get good scans. There may also be some wear on the corners and edges and maybe some scuffing on the covers. The interior is clean and in great condition though. No dirt, rips, missing pages, etc. If there is, I’ll make note of it. You can ask for more details on the condition of something you’re interested in and I’ll check for you.

Some of the duplicate copies (which I have not scanned) might be new... I’m not sure if brand new doujinshi are packaged specially or not so I just labeled them as “like new.”

    > Excellent - Could be mistaken for new.
    > Very Good - Spine very slightly warped or other very slight problem, otherwise would be excellent.
    > Good - Binding glue may have split but pages are still intact. Warped spine, slight corner damage, ink flaking, etc.
    > OK - Problems such as: split binding, pages about to fall out,  one or two pages which did fall out, big crease, etc.
    > Bad - Pages fell out, one or two folds and creases, a little dirty, ink flaking off cover, etc.
    > Very Bad - Pages have fallen out, folds and creases, tears, written on, dirty, ink flaking, just crappy overall.

All the stationery is unused and in great condition. (They are not for sale! Only available as a small gift. Go to the bottom of this page for more details.)

If you’re looking buy doujinshi then the only ones available to you are the ones with a green border. The condition of the book  and price are now listed.

Once in a while, I will offer the “Trade Only” doujinshi for sale. If you are interested in buying any of those, email me with your price offer. If you would like me to ship using a different method, such as first-class, express or media mail, let me know and I’ll calculate the cost for you.

Welcome! ^_^
Warning: This site is VERY graphics heavy!! I’m really sorry, dial-up users... -_-;;

This site contains a list all the doujinshi and stationery I currently own, have owned in the past, have borrowed from friends, and even have some I bought but haven’t arrived yet. I have doujinshi covering many different anime and game series and even some live action films, such as Harry Potter, too.

You will not find full scans for download here. Only the cover and back images plus 4 sample pages to illustrate the inside art since it can be significantly different than what’s on the cover. As for the stationery, they only have a front and sometimes a back, so I guess that makes those fully available...  I’m also not going to do any reviews for the doujinshi because I just don’t have the time to write something for 1,000+ books.

If at this point you’re wondering, “what’s doujinshi...?” then you need to go here and read about it first.
(Don’t forget to come back!)

OK, now that you know what doujinshi is, or if you already knew, I need to let you know that I have all types of doujinshi. However the vast majority is Boy’s Love or YAOI (involving male x male relations) and I have not censored any of the sample images. I’ve labeled the doujinshi as clearly as I can but if you are uncomfortable with the possibility of seeing an image of two guys kissing and/or having sex then you might want to leave.
~ YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! ~

If this is your first time visiting my collection, then you might want to check out the User Guide.

Oh yeah, and one more thing... NO HOTLINKING to any of the images!!  >0<
AND DO NOT put my scans on your site without my permission.
It’s just not cool!

> Trade?
I prefer to trade for doujinshi but I’ll also trade for other items. I’m mostly looking for CDs right now. Here’s a list of things I want.  If you don’t already have anything that’s listed there, you can always buy something for me and have it shipped directly to me. I’ve done this in the past a few times and it always worked out pretty good. ^_^

If you are initiating the trade then you must ship your items to me first, when they arrive I’ll let you know and then I’ll send mine to you. I’ll send mine first if I initiated the trade.
Generally we pay our own shipping fees, unless we made some other arrangement.

> How?
Send me an email (make sure “doujinshi request” or something like that is in the subject line so I don’t ignore it) and include the following information to make things go smoothly:

  1.  A list of what you want (just the doujinshi # is needed. You can include the title too if you want but it’s not necessary.)
  2.  If you’re trading, include a list of what you’re offering and the number of pages if it’s doujinshi. Pictures would be nice too or a link to more information. Of course all that isn’t necessary if it’s already on my wanted list, just the title will do.
  3.  Your zip code or country and any shipping preferences you may have, such as delivery confirmation, etc.
  4.  If any of the doujinshi you are requesting require proof of age then you can either include a scan when you make your request or if you’re paying by money order or cash mail a copy along with payment.

When I approve the request I will hold the doujinshi for you. When your items arrive I’ll let you know and ship out your items the next day.

~ TONS of doujinshi!! Yay!

I’m back! It’s been awhile... I’ve been pretty busy with my classes and lately I’ve been dispassionate in regards to doujinshi in general, however I believe that’s passed for now. I have come to accept that’s it’s highly likely that the doujinshi I had bought through AKIBADO will never ever arrive. Sad... I know. I’ve left those doujinshi in my list because It’d be a pain in the ass to remove them and then put them back in the unlikely event they do arrive. I’ve changed their status from “waiting for arrival” to “never arriving?” I still want the majority of them (*especially* the ones by Hobby-Hobby, AZURE GONG and JERRY ANGEL as well as all the FMA ones) so if you have any and are willing to trade or sell them, contact me. (Trades preferred as I don’t have much money at this time.)

Another thing which nearly killed my passion for doujinshi was the shut down of jpqueen earlier this year. It had always been one of my favorite sources for doujinshi over the past 4 years. One day a few months ago I decided to get some new doujinshi only to find that their store was completely empty. I thought website got screwed up or something and then found an announcement saying they were closing down. I was really upset. A few months later they reopened with a tiny selection, but has been growing a bit by bit, so I have a little hope now.

I’ve accumulated a lot of cleaned doujinshi over the months and have added a large amount of them. I originally intended to add 5 or so each week, but as you can see that didn’t happen. I never got around to doing the stationery, so I only have 1 new one this time. I SWEAR next time I will have at least 5.

I added the Professor Layton series to my list of doujinshi I will accept for trades. Yeah, I know I’m venturing into shota territory, I don’t care, as long as Layton and/or Legal is in it. I would prefer the artwork be close to the original, cute. Nothing “realistic.” I want the Professor to have the cute beady eyes.

Speaking of beady eyes, has anyone seen any LittleBigPlanet doujinshi...? I would just *die*! Sackboy is soo adorable!!

I’ve updated the Priority Mail shipping prices down below. They are now current.

For those who are interested in trading or buying, I plan to be in New York around Thanksgiving. There’s a possibility that I’ll go sooner but it’s unlikely. So I won’t be able to ship anything until the week after Thanksgiving unless I already have the doujinshi here with me.

I’m not going to really write anything this time because I’m too lazy.  ; P

I finally got a chunk of stationery done this time. Check them out. (Go me!)
