The Niagara Frontier Bicycle Club has organized rides every day. Guests are always welcome. There is no charge. All we ask is that you sign up with the ride leader at the start, wear a helmet, and ride courteously.
You can get a list of weekday rides on the NFBC web site here. These rides vary from easy to extra difficult. Call the ride leader listed on the page to get an idea of what the ride will be like that week. Or, you can drop us an email at the CanAm office ( CanAm2008@mac.com ), and we’ll recommend a ride that fits you.
Some tips on riding with the NFBC for the first time:

-Get to the ride start at least 15 minutes early. Rides start on time.

-Check in with the ride leader. You don’t have to join, but we would like you to sign in for the ride.

-You are required to wear a helmet to ride with the club. Ride safe.

-Bring a water bottle. You may also want a snack like an energy bar.
