There’s so much to say about Sunday. We could talk about the record numbers of people you invited to church, or the amazing kids worship experience we launched, or the traffic jams in the parking lot, or the amazing 90% of married adults who signed up for our fall iMarriage groups. And all of that would be worth talking about. But what I really want to talk about is you.

 

You did a great job this weekend. We have heard from so many of you that your friends really heard from God this weekend. Some of you who invited the un-churched said that their experience was a great one and they would come back. That’s the first step for someone’s life being changed by Jesus. Others said that they received clarity about the foundation of their marriage. Many walked away with a new commitment to move from contract to covenant.

 

After looking at the response cards that came in we found that several people had rededicated their lives to Christ on Sunday. We even had a number of people ask to be baptized. WOW!

 

God continues to great things when we use our gifts and have a heart for people. There’s nothing better than seeing lives changed. Get ready! This is just the start.
