Our workouts are designed to help you function in your everyday life by improving balance, flexibility and true strength.  The focus is on form:  How you exercise is just as important as if you exercise.

 


FUNCTIONAL FITNESS PROGRAMS


Learn the importance of strengthening your rotator cuff and knees as well as maintaining flexibility in your hips and back.  Don’t keep overworking the same old tired muscle groups. Learn subtle changes  in your exercise style that may pay big dividends.




     SENIOR CITIZEN PROGRAMS

Keeping range of motion in each joint is key for continued ease of motion.  This program focuses on balance, joint strength and flexibility.   

Sessions are generally

taught at a low intensity

level and many exercises

can be performed while

sitting down.


        YOUTH PROGRAMS

We offer sport specific training for your child to safely learn how to maximize his or her potential.
