My client and friend, Bruce Kaufman, acquired this property in Spring ’95. Architecturally it was modeled on the typical Barbados plantation house. It was unoccuppied, in a serious state of decay - required extensive re-planning and renovation. Today, only 7 months after first laying eyes on it, it has become his primary residence.
